June Additions to the Collection

In June, we have added new titles from some favorite authors, including Nora Roberts, John Irving, John Grisham, Alexander  McCall Smith & James Patterson.  We’ve also added Bring Up the Bodies from Hilary Mantel.  This sequel to the Booker Prize award winner, Wolf Hall, brings readers back to Tudor England and chronicles Anne Boleyn’s downfall and ultimate execution.
History fans will enjoy Madeleine Albright’s book, Prague Winter: A Personal Story of Remembrance and War, 1937-1948.  We’ve also added Robert Caro’s study of LBJ, The Passage of Power.  For those interested in lighter fare, readers at Shedd-Porter have enjoyed Jenny Lawson’s Let’s Pretend This Never Happened (A Mostly True Memoir).  Check out the full list of books added to the shelves in June.
